Meet the team that makes up The Killers

Richard Bock

Rick is the founder of The Killers. He is married to Lisa and he has a daughter, son-in-law, and two wonderful grand-daughters. He is an avid fly-fisherman and he loves to golf. He recently bought a vacation home in Sun River with his wife Lisa, where he plans to spend a lot of time in retirement. Rick also loves to BBQ, spend time with his family, loves rock n' roll music, and he lives and dies for the Chicago Bears (da Bears!)

Matthew White

Matthew and his wife Felicia have a daughter Kecia and a son Joseph (Sep). Kecia is a Flight attendant for Hawaiian Airlines and Joseph works for Freightliner. The other kids are the two Yorkshire terriers (Mango & Maya) and a cat (Baby). When not killing bugs, Matthew can be found golfing, working in the yard, traveling or doing photography.

Lisa Bock

Lisa has worked out of our Newport office for the last 7 years. She is married to Rick, and they share two kids, one chocolate lab named Honey Pie and a large black and white cat named Steve. Lisa enjoys cooking, running, traveling, reading, writing and being with her family. When she is not in Newport, Lisa can be found with her husband and "kids" relaxing at their Sun River vacation home.

Felicia Hirata

Felicia has been part of The Killers family for many years. After replacing our bookkeeper she has done a great job implementing new protocols in our bookkeeping and also our human resources department. She is married to Matthew and they have two children. Felicia enjoys reading Ann Rule books, watching true crime shows, traveling and working in the yard.

Augustin Montero

Gus and his wife have two children who he spends most of his time with. He does like to golf and play basketball. In the winter he likes to snowboard and watch movies. Augustin Montero has been with us for ten years

Paul West

Paul has been with the Killer’s for about five years and is a very hard worker. He has a Persian cat that is always up to something new. He spends a lot of time with his family and likes to fish, collect coins, and hunt for antiques.

Bill Atkinson

Bill is the father of 4 children. He enjoys riding his motorcycle in his off time. When not riding you can find Bill watching college and pro sports. Bill has been in the pest industry for five years now.

Dean Johnson

Dean works as a service technician in our Newport office. Dean was born and raised in Newport Oregon and knows the area well. After retiring as a UPS driver Dean found himself bored and needed something to do. Dean is loved by our coastal customers and treats them all as family. When not killing bugs Dean can be found on the golf course working on his game. Dean also loves hunting and spending time with his wife Debra and son Ty.

Marla Phelps

Marla is a mother of two wonderful children. Family and friends are very important in her life. She enjoys movies with her friends and children either at home or the theater. Going to the beach to play in the sand and water is a family favorite. Reading is a pastime that Marla has enjoyed since childhood.

Don Chipman

Don has joined the team to manage our Newport, OR location. Don brings a great sense of community to us as he's grown up in the area his whole life. When not at work Don enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing sports with his kids and shooting guns for fun.

Michelle Glines

Michelle has joined our office in Newport, OR to handle the day to day duties and schedule customer services. We're happy to have her as an addition to our office. After work Michelle likes to read or walk on the beach and collect agates. Michelle is active in the community and enjoys working with the Redcross.

Victor Adame

Victor joined our Portland, OR location to help support the current technicians with the large increase in customers we've had over the last few years. Victor has been a great addition and does exceptional work. When not at work Victor enjoys spending time with his wife Giany, watching movies and playing PS3.
